Ecosystem Connectors Berlin is a cross-border platform designed to unlock opportunities between leading entrepreneurship ecosystems in partnership with Berlin. Startups gain faster, lower-risk access to German market via Berlin, with direct pathways to R&D partners, accelerators, distributors, and commercial traction. Innovation support organisations expand their international footprint, unlock new funding opportunities, and co-develop strong, competitive joint projects with trusted partners from Berlin.

Berlin Innovation Fellowship (BIF) is follow up initiative of Ecosystem Connectors Berlin that focuses on connecting business support organisations and startups with Berlin ecosystem.​The project is funded by the Berlin Senate Department for EconomicAffairs, Energy and Public Enterprises and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH through the “Bund-Länder-Programm –German Government and Federal States Program (BLP)” in cooperation with the innovation agency betahausX.
